Join the Sunset Branch Library in the celebration of Native Peoples month in a brownie tasting by utilizing acorn flour. Learn about acorn flour, a staple ingredient in Native American cooking on the west coast. We will be tasting brownies made from acorn flour, comparing them with other flours, and discussing the science behind the differences.
