DayBreak Adult Care Centers will be hosting an informational presentation via Zoom to introduce and discuss the new and innovative Co-op Adult Day Community pilot program, designed to make respite care more affordable and to provide ongoing support to caregivers of loved ones with dementia and/or other chronic conditions.
