In celebration of National Farmers Market Week, please join AIM for a special virtual cooking experience with Chef Tony Adams. You’ll make Miso Glazed Salmon with Mushroom and Veggie Fried Rice together in support of our local small and mid-sized farmers, fishers, and ranchers, strengthening our regional food system while we eat.
Go to http://www.agriculturalinsituteofmarin.org and look under Programs to sign up. Classes are $37 and all proceeds will go to the Farmers Market Assistance Fund, assisting AIM programs that keep the farmers markets running and bring fresh produce to community members.
