Do I need an appointment?
Yes, appointments are required. Book an appointment online.
Do I need to bring any documents?

Which vaccines will be available at these sites?
The sites will administer Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses) and J&J (1 dose) vaccines. Anyone 5 years and above is eligible for the Pfizer vaccine, which has been fully approved by the FDA for those who are 16 and older. SFUSD families will receive priority at these clinics, although the clinics will also serve anyone who is eligible in the general public.
Will the sites be administering booster shots?
Yes, booster shots will be available to all adults 18 years and older, provided they qualify based on timing of the previous dose of the vaccine. Find out more about booster shot availability.
How many people can each site serve everyday?
Each of the four school sites has the initial capacity to administer 62 doses each day and is prepared to expand to up to 200 a day, as needed.
