You're invited to register for our free self-defense workshops tailored for older adults.
These sessions aim to equip older adults with vital self-defense techniques, fostering a sense of safety and empowerment in our community.
We are offering a one hour self defense workshops for older adults who live in The Richmond district. Gain practical techniques to defend yourself, boost self-empowerment, and cultivate confidence.
